Currículum del artista
Nació en Esperanza. Argentina - Estudio en el Liceo de Arte de esa ciudad. Becado por el Fondo Nacional de las Artes residió en Buenos Aires y trabajo por dos años en el taller de Antonio Seguí. En 1967 recibió una beca del gobierno de la provincia de Santa Fé y visito Estados Unidos y México. Vivió en Londres en 1971 y en París en 1972. Fue uno de los artistas seleccionados para participar en la 1° Exposición de pintura Argentina en Hong Kong y en Beijing. Muchos de sus trabajos se encuentran en Museos, Instituciones, Bancos : Instituto de Cultura Española, Madrid. Colección Braniff, Museo de la Universidad de Texas. Museo de Brooklyn, New York. Museo Rosa Galisteo de Rodríguez, Santa Fe, Argentina. Banco de La Nación Argentina., París. Banco de crédito Argentino, Buenos Aires. Museo Forma, El Salvador.

Born in Esperanza, Province of Santa Fe, Argentina, where he took his first art studies in the Municipal Liceum of Fine Arts. Awarded a scholarship by National Arts Fund of Buenos Aires, he worked for two years with Antonio Segui. He studied in London and Paris between 1970 and 1973. With a scholarship granted by the government of Santa Fe, he travelled in the USA and Mexico. In 1989, 1990 and 1991, Borla was elected to the jury of the 6th., 7th. and 8th. Children Drawing Competition organized by Bayer, Buenos Aires. In 1991, Borla was one of the artists selected to take part in the first exhibition of argentine painting in Hong Kong and in Beijing.
